Control Measures for Automobile Exhaust Emissions in PM2.5 Governance

This paper analyses the correlation between automobile exhaust, PM2.5, and air pollution to explore rate of contribution exhaust PM2.5 effect government regulation on gas. The results show that atmosphere is hazy car main cause pollution. divides governance strategy into two methods: reducing number motor vehicles emissions capacity vehicles. It also effects congestion control public travel establishes a dynamic game model. To strengthen influence supervision enterprises with regard purifying devices restrictions, this study creates “prisoner’s dilemma” final restriction measures can effectively relieve road pressure. Additionally, costs alleviate environmental pressure, but it difficult determine costs, difficulty implementation increases. Increasing enterprises’ installation not advisable or desirable in short term. Finally, offers some suggestions for maintenance atmospheric environment management exhaust: (1) improve national green transport system protection awareness; (2) advocate as mode travel; (3) reduce use buses popularize new energy
